The purpose of our retreat is to bring into awareness how meal time can drastically affect how you look, feel and move. 
 
It’s not just what you eat, but how you eat that contributes to great health.

Our curated retreat program includes daily mindset coaching, guided beach treks, morning movement classes, food demonstrations and a complimentary massage. Ferry pick up, drop off and you’ll be taken on daily excursions to explore the beauty of the island. 

In our food mindset coaching sessions, you’ll learn techniques that are both inspiring and doable to put into practice. Proven modalities such as relaxed eating, proper hydration and sugar addiction. You’ll observe CC demonstrating simple ways to incorporate certain foods that support your body’s detoxification system to reduce bloating and inflammation, sometimes mistaken for weight gain. 

 

Resting the body and nervous system is highly encouraged here at The Mindful Eating Retreat. We’d rather you skip an activity and find a cozy lounger to curl up on if that’s what you need. All activities are optional.

CC's signature anti-inflammatory, clean cuisine uses only high-quality ingredients that are produced locally and seasonally without the use of harmful chemicals, seed oils or hormones.

Plant-based and vegan guests are welcomed and accommodated.

Sample Retreat Menu
Breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily. 

Breakfast:  Herbal teas and organic coffee 

 

  • Frittata using local eggs, leek and mushroom. Arugula pumpkin seed pesto. Garbanzo Frittata for our PB peeps. 

  • House-made, super seed granola, sheep’s milk or coconut yogurt and seasonal fruit. 

 

Lunch:

  • Albacore toasted pecan, dried cherry wraps - sweet potato salad. 

  • Protein packed, chopped salad with toasted seeds, bacon and creamy yogurt herb drizzle. 

 

Dinner: 

 

  •  Wild Caught Fish - with lemongrass coriander rice noodles in a mildly spicy coconut broth

  •  Orange Sage Chicken- whipped rosemary and fermented garlic carrots, seasonal greens 

 

Plant Based Sample Menu: 

  • Wild rice cakes delicately seared with a fresh herb, citrus gremolata and shallot jam

  • Hand crafted, porcini mushroom ravioli, dried local fig, herbs, crispy kale

Nelle nostre sessioni quotidiane parleremo di un'alimentazione rilassata e intuitiva, del piacere del cibo, della cucina con gli altri e di come essere creativi ci mantenga giovani.

pianificheremo e cucinare un pasto insieme.

We offer ferry pick up, drop off and you'll be driven to all daily excursion sites. All activities are optional.

When participating in daily excursions, you'll have the choice of a beach trek, beach cafe or stay and relax on the beach. 

 

Daily food coaching includes topics such as finding real pleasure in eating and proper hydration.

You'll also learn how embracing a relaxed approach to eating can help you manage symptoms, balance weight and realign your digestion. Enjoy food tastings and observe a cooking demonstrations for simple, every day meal ideas.

Saremo lì ad accogliervi al porto di La Savina. Da lì ti riporteremo alla Villa per rilassarti, fare un rinfresco e presentarti

Venerdì

 

8 - 8:45  Easing into the day - movimento e meditazione guidati dalla luce 

 

9 -10:15   Colazione Al Fresca

 

10:30 - 13:00  Escursioni giornaliere alla scoperta di splendide spiagge, scogliere, passeggiate tra le pinete.   

 

1 - 15:00  Pomeriggio tempo libero  - Rinfreschi alla Villa, nuoto, yoga, relax o esplorazione dei villaggi circostanti

 

15:30 - 17:30 -  Coaching con CC - goditi le degustazioni e scopri come cucinare con amici e familiari è un'esperienza sensoriale. CC ti mostrerà come una mentalità intenzionale sia il tuo miglior strumento da cucina. Prepareremo e gusteremo anche un pasto insieme. 

19:30  Cena

 

20:30 - 22:00  Musica lounge e balli freestyle o bagno sonoro curativo alla Villa 

23:00 - 8:00 Tempo tranquillo
