Together in our sessions we'll review unique ways to manage your stressors, find pleasure in eating and inspire you to stay consistent. I’ll take your protocol to create menus, source a chef and oversee your weekly meals.
As your coach, I will support and inspire you to uncover how the food choices you make today, build the future version of yourself.
When we embrace how we truly want to feel, especially after eating, the food we eat begins to evolve. We can release the old, long-held scripts, traumas and experiences that no longer serve us.
Food and eating can then become an enjoyable, nourishing experience.
No matter your eating style or how you choose to loose weight, my coaching programs offer you a calm, relaxed relationship with food that ultimately feeds your soul as well as your body.
